Sun, 13 April 2008 This turned out to be a very different show. I interview Dan L., age 62, a free thinker from Texas. He was a career military man, and I was interested to hear about life from him, as I have little contact with that world. He was unsurprisingly quite the realist, but did surprise me with the depth to which he believed in empowering people and elevating humanity. There is a lot of talk of politics, which I try to avoid, but it tied in so much with the views of how governments should use the military, so I left it all in.
